Our History
From a start-up to a leading global distributor
Citipost is a leading provider of worldwide mailing, fulfilment and delivery services and has been delivering premium B2B global mail services for more than 35 years.
1985
Founded as Datarun, which is where London Hand Delivery began. Set up due to a mail strike in Central London.
1997
Alternative Mail and Parcels, was set up in 1997 to service catalogue and directory distribution.
2002
Citipost International, was set up in 2002 to provide a service that matched the needs of international customers.
2004
The Citipost Direct Distribution division was set up in 2004 to provide specialist time-critical foreign newspaper and magazine fulfilment and distribution services across the UK.
2006
Citipost created Citipost DSA (Downstream Access) division to leverage the opportunities of the full postal market deregulation in the UK.
2010
Citibet was launched as a free weekly football betting publication, with over 100,000 copies being handed out for free each week.
2019
Citibet was rebranded as Insight 2 Innovate. i2i now focuses on the streamlining of print, fulfilment and delivery for high street retailers.
2020
Citicare was established from within the group further expanding the groups capabilities.
